I’m not here to fit in. I’m here to fix what others ignore.
Built from frustration. Refined through obsession. My health fell apart in 2020, medicine had nothing for me, and what I found on my own became everything I do now.
Where it started
When feeling good stopped being normal
Feeling good was my normal. I never thought about it. Then, in 2020, it collapsed. Suddenly. Systemic inflammation, cystic acne erupting across my skin, my whole system shutting down.
Medicine had no answers for me. Just more uncertainty.
The search
So I went deep
If nobody could tell me what was wrong, I would find out myself. I read everything. Biohacking protocols. Gut biome research. Diet, including a period eating carnivore that helped my skin.
Then molecular hydrogen. The smallest molecule there is, and one of the most studied in wellness research. I got hold of tablets, tried them, and paid attention to what changed.
I won’t tell you it fixed me. I’ll tell you what changed, and that I kept going.
What began as a desperate recovery turned into a system. A blueprint for anyone tired of fluff, false prophets and guesswork.

HEALR is the output of that system. I co-founded it to get real molecular hydrogen into more hands: a measured dose, third-party tested, in three forms instead of just the easy one.
Since then I’ve worked alongside leading doctors and researchers in anti-ageing and longevity, turning fringe science into results people can feel. Call it a real-world degree in human optimisation, on top of a formal one in business and economics.
